TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accepting an appointment with Robyn Waller Coaching via telephone or email, you, the client, also acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions for the appointment.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS

Any appointment cancellation or request for rescheduling must be made via email and received by us no less than 48 working hours prior to the appointment. This time frame specifically refers to the period between 9am and 6pm GMT, Monday to Sunday.

Robyn Waller operates a 48hr business day cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 48hrs business day notice or non-attendance will be charged full fee.

Additionally, all sessions once paid for are full and final and no refunds are given.

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

All interactions between coach and client are strictly private and confidential, subject to legal requirements.

The duration of each appointment is at the discretion of the coach. If deemed appropriate, the session may end earlier or be extended, with no change to the consultation fee.

Clients are required to complete a pre-session questionnaire before their session(s). Failure to do so falls into the client’s responsibility.

GUARANTEES

While we strive to provide the best service possible, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for each client. Results may vary, and we do not offer refunds or guarantees for the success of coaching sessions.

JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. In the event of any dispute, the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
